Chef Albrich is available as a seasonal Private Chef this winter in South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach), the Tampa area, or other Florida location. During his career, he opened and was owner/chef of several restaurants in the Miami Beach area including Pasha (a steak house), Amici (Italian) and Bubbles Cafe & Sushi Bar. After selling his last restaurant, he became a Private Chef in Indian Creek Island (also Miami Beach area). He has over 25 years experience as a Private Chef, well-traveled and highly creative in multiple cuisines and eclectic dishes. Chef Albrich and his wife run a small B&B near Linville and Banner Elk in North Carolina the rest of the year, for now ( SOLD).
